About

I’m Kale — a mechanical engineer based in Montana, and I build things that solve problems I’ve personally run into on the trail.

The Tune Lever started as a frustration. Every time I wanted to adjust my shock compression mid-ride, I had to look down, fumble around with a tiny lever, and break my focus right when I needed it most. The stock levers are small, flat, and clearly not designed to be adjusted while riding. Finding the lever mid-ride is basically a skill in itself — and you shouldn’t have to think about it.

So I designed something better.

Every Saurus product started because I had a problem on my own bike that I wanted to fix. If it doesn’t make riding better in a meaningful way, I don’t build it.

It weighs 2.5 grams. It’s made from PA12 S engineering polymer. It installs in minutes. And it works exactly the way a well-designed tool should: you stop thinking about it, and just ride.

Saurus is a one-person brand. Every product I make starts with a real problem I’ve experienced on real trails in Montana.

Tested on the trail. Built with intention.
