Lifetime Limited Warranty

Every Saurus part is designed, tested, and ridden before it ships. I stand behind the work. If a part fails due to a defect in material or manufacturing under normal use, I'll replace it — for as long as you own it.

What's covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material failure under normal riding conditions

What's not covered:

  • Damage from crashes or impacts
  • Damage from improper installation (install instructions and video provided)
  • Modifications to the part
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Parts purchased secondhand

How to make a claim:

Email hello@ridesaurus.com with your order number and a few photos of the part. If it's a defect, I'll send a replacement at no charge.

I'll do what it takes to make things right. If you're not sure whether something qualifies, send me an email and we'll figure it out.

Crash Replacement Program

Crashed your Saurus part? I've got your back.

Mountain bikes take abuse. Even a well-made part can break under a hard enough hit, and that's not something I expect you to pay full price to replace.

If you break a Saurus part in a crash or on the trail, email me a photo and your original order number. I'll send you a replacement at a significant discount — usually 40–50% off retail, depending on the part.

Crash replacement is for original owners only and is offered at my discretion. No forms to fill out, no runaround. Just email hello@ridesaurus.com and we'll get you back on the trail.
