Returns & Refunds

 

I want you to be stoked on your Tune Lever. If something isn't right, here's the deal:

 

30-Day Returns

 

I accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in original condition. To start a return, email me at hello@ridesaurus.com with your order number.

 

Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Wrong Item

 

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email me at hello@ridesaurus.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo and I'll make it right immediately — replacement or full refund, your call.

 

Crash Replacement

 

Crashed and destroyed your Tune Lever? As the original owner, you're eligible for crash replacement at 40-50% off. Email hello@ridesaurus.com with your order number and a brief description of what happened.
